The Process

Consultation and Appraisal

Our first step on the letting journey is to meet face to face at the property’s address so we can discuss your expectations, our fee for our services and we can relay to you any advice we have on any possible changes to maximise your investment. You also have the choice to use our management services to take back more of your time or to use us as your lettings agent only.

Going to Market

Once we have a verbal agreement, we can then move on to the marketing of your property. We will organise the digital content used in the listing and use our existing network as well as online and social media channels to find the ideal occupant for your property. On acceptance of an offer, they will be thoroughly vetted by us and potentially by a referencing partner.

Move in and beyond

After paperwork, deposits, inventory and the move-in is handled, we will act as a liaison between yourself and your tenant. If we act as your property manager, we will be pleased to handle maintenance issues on your behalf to save you peace of mind.
